Living and Leading at the Threshold

We are living in threshold times - personally, collectively, organizationally and nationally. Our old ways of being and leading are revealing themselves to be wholly inadequate for the future we face, and more importantly for the future we want to create.

Living and Leading at the Threshold offers a place of practice - a space to slow down, to listen, and to learn simple (not always easy) human-centered ways to live and work that are simultaneously personally fulfilling and of service to the people, organizations, and causes you care about.

If you’re ready to commit 90 days to learning how to meet uncertainty with steadiness, how to respond to chaos with presence, and how to act from clarity rather than fear … read on.

Let's talk thresholds

About Leslie

After decades of working with leaders and teams, I’ve come to believe that real transformation begins inside us - in the quiet moments when we tell the truth, listen deeply, and choose alignment over approval.

I’ve learned that sustainable change doesn’t come from trying harder; it comes from sitting (uncomfortably) in the in-between and listening to what is trying to emerge.

To be honest, I don’t love that threshold space. Let’s face it - thresholds can be rough. I have learned, though, that thresholds - like most things - are much easier to navigate in community.

I’ve also come to strongly believe that all of that personal transformation stuff doesn’t mean anything if we can’t translate it into purposeful and skillful action in our outer world.

I created Living and Leading at the Threshold for a few intrepid souls who are willing to look inside and step outside, who are eager to begin anew … because we live in a world that really needs us to begin anew.

I hope you’ll join me. It’s going to be fun…really.
